Penerapan National Early Warning Score 2 (NEWS2) Dalam Mengidentifikasi Penurunan Kondisi Pasien Covid -19 Di IGD : Literature Review

Instalasi Gawat Darurat telah memainkan peran penting selama pandemi COVID-19 karena Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan garda terdepan dalam menentukan kebutuhan perawatan kritis dan memberikan perawatan darurat. National Early Warning Score 2 (NEWS2) dikembangkan untuk membakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi parameter fisiologis pada pasien yang sakit parah. Tujuan: Menganalisis artikel yang berkaitan dengan Penerapan National Early Warning Score 2 (NEWS2) untuk mengidentifikasi penurunan kondisi pasien Covid-19 Di Ruang IGD. Desain penelitian ini adalah literature review. Metode: Literature review ini menggunakan artikel yang telah dipublikasikan secara online. Database yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar, Pubmed dan Research Gate. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian adalah “NEWS2†“Covid-19†dan “Emergency Installation (IGD)†dengan menggunakan kata hubung “AND†untuk mencari artikel yang relevan. Hasil: Dari 8 artikel yang digunakan dalam studi literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa National Early Warning Score 2 (NEWS2) sangat efektif untuk mengidentifikasi penurunan kondisi pasien COVID-19. NEWS2 juga bisa digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit kritis lainya
