Pengaruh Butterfly Hug terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Kanker Payudara Post Kemoterapi

Kanker payudara menjadi peringkat pertama di dunia sebagai faktor utama kematian sebesar 95%. Penderita kanker harus menjalani kemoterapi untuk kesembuhannya. kemoterapi memberikan efek samping secara fisiologis seperti seperti mual muntah, rambut rontok dan hot flushes yang dapat mengakibatkan kecemasan yang apabila tidak diatasi akan memberikan masalah serius seperti putus asa, pesimis, merasa diri gagal sehingga cenrung ingin mengakhiri dirinya. Sebesar 65% pasien kanker payudara post kemoterapi mengalami kecemasan ringan hingga berat yang memerlukan penanganan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Butterfly Hug terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien kanker payudara post kemoterapi. Metode: Desain penelitian pra ekspremental dengan bentuk rancangan dalam suatu kelompok (one group pre-post test design). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker payudara post kemoterapi yang mengalami kecemasan di ruang Onkologi RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) sebanyak 107 dengan jumlah sampel 20 pasien, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil: Sebagian besar kecemasan pada pasien kanker payudara post kemoterapi berada dikategori kecemasan sedang yaitu sebanyak 15 pasien (75%), setelah diberikan terapi Butterfly Hug menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar pasien termasuk dalam kategori kecemasan ringan sebanyak 15 pasien (75%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan p = 0,000. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh terapi Butterfly Hug Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Kanker Payudara Post Kemoterapi Di RSUD Provinsi NTB. Saran: Terapi Butterfly Hug dapat digunakan sebagai terapi sederhana yang bisa dilakukan oleh responden secara mandiri sehingga dapat mengurangi kecemasan yang dirasakan.
