Pengaruh Promosi Kesehatan Melalui Teknologi Digital Terhadap Penurunan Prevalensi Penyakit Menular

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh media sosial dan teknologi digital dalam kegiatan promosi kesehatan terhadap penurunan prevalensi penyakit menular di komunitas kota dan desa di kota dan kabupaten Bima. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain mixed-methods: survei kuantitatif pada 400 responden (200 dikota, 200 didesa) dan wawancara mendalam pada 24 informan kunci. Intervensi promosi kesehatan digital berupa konten edukasi berbasis media sosial (Facebook, Instagram), grup WhatsApp komunitas dan pengiriman pesan singkat (SMS/IVR) selama 6 bulan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan kesehatan rata-rata dari 55,2 (SD 12,4) menjadi 78,6 (SD 10,1) (p < 0,001). Prevalensi penyakit menular menurun dari 10,0% menjadi 6,1% pasca-intervensi (penurunan relatif 39%). Paparan terhadap intervensi digital berkaitan signifikan dengan penurunan risiko penyakit menular (OR = 0,62; 95% CI 0,45–0,85; p = 0,003). Analisis kualitatif mengidentifikasi tema: akses dan literasi digital; (2) kepercayaan pada sumber informasi; (3) peran tokoh masyarakat; dan adaptasi konten bahasa lokal. Kesimpulan: promosi kesehatan berbasis digital efektif menurunkan prevalensi penyakit menular dengan catatan perlunya strategi menjembatani kesenjangan digital di wilayah pedesaan .Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada bukti empiris tingkat komunitas bahwa paket intervensi multi-saluran berbasis digital, ketika dikombinasikan dengan strategi lokal (pemimpin komunitas, bahasa lokal dan integrasi offline), tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan tetapi juga menurunkan prevalensi penyakit menular secara terukur di lapangan. Rekomendasi : meliputi penguatan kapasitas literasi digital, kolaborasi dengan tokoh lokal dan pemanfaatan kanal offline untuk menjangkau kelompok terpinggirkan.
