PEMBERDAYAAN KADER KESEHATAN DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK DI KELURAHAN GADANG KOTA MALANG

yang dikandungnya tidak dapat tumbuh dengan sehat, bahkan dapat menimbulkan kematian pada ibu dan janin.
Kematian ini dapat dicegah dengan cara deteksi dini ibu hamil beresiko oleh tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat
yang kemudian dilaporkan ke Puskesmas untuk mendapatkan penanganan segera. Pengabdian masyarakat ini
dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan kepada 40 kader yang dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan. Materi yang diberikan
meliputi: komunikasi efektif, ibu hamil risiko tinggi, deteksi dini ibu hamil risiko tinggi menggunakan Kartu
Skor Puji Rochyati (KSPR), dan alur pelaporan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistika menggunakan pair t-test
didapatkan hasil 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan kader
sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Pelatihan kader ini adalah program yang jarang dilakukan apalagi
tentang pengisian KSPR, sehingga perlu dilakukan terus menerus, disebarluaskan kepada kader-kader yang lain,
dipahami dapat diimplementasikan dalam melakukan deteksi dini pada ibu hamil.
