Adolescent health is a strategic investment in Indonesia's human resource development. The Maritime Scout Unit (Saka Bahari) of Kwartir Cabang Malang Regency has approximately 850 active members facing various health risks, yet a preliminary survey revealed critically low levels of health knowledge and skills. This community service program aimed to improve health knowledge and practical skills through an integrated health education program covering six topics: water rescue and first aid, mental health and stress management, balanced nutrition and clean water, handwashing and personal hygiene, personal health records (PHR), and healthy behavior (PHBS) along with dengue prevention (3M Plus). The program was conducted on August 24, 2025 at Lembah Karang Duren, Pakisaji, Malang Regency, involving 140 participants (100% of target). Methods included interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, group discussion, role play, and educational games. Evaluation used pre-test and post-test (60 items), skill observation checklists, and Likert-based satisfaction questionnaires. Results showed a 40.2% increase in total knowledge scores (from 37.3±6.8 to 52.3±4.2; p<0.001), with all six topics exceeding the 30% minimum improvement target. Skill assessments showed 'Good' category ratings for dengue larvae inspection (93.6%), 6-step WHO handwashing (88.6%), and basic CPR (70.0%). Mean participant satisfaction was 4.51/5.0 (Very Satisfied). Integrated health education delivered through youth organizations proved effective and can serve as a replicable model for adolescent health promotion programs.
